Commercial Reverse Osmosis - RO 2200

RO 2200:
2271 Litres Per Day Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis System with 75 Litre Tank small in size, but big in capacity this free standing RO system is only 30 inches in height. But it can produce over 2000 litres per day of pure water. This system is economical and designed for commercial and residential application. Provide safe, pure water. It is suitable for manufacturing, restaurants, food processing industries, shopping centres, schools and hotels. RO 2200 improves both the taste and quality of your water. It reduces up to +99% of the chlorine, as well as objectionable odours and sediment.      An East Midlands water filter unit removes total Chlorine at the point of delivery.

Easy DIY installation:

Our best selling water filter system 90 and system 40 filters use higher-grade fittings than the majority of our competitors. Firstly we use an opella valve to divert the water to the water filter. The opella valve uses a larger bore cutting tool than that of a saddle clamp, the system that is traditionally used. A saddle clamp creates a pinhole in your pipe and leaves you with an on or off option. It is therefore obvious that if you create a larger area for the water to escape from you get a better flow rate.

    The opella also has flow control enabling the user to increase or decrease the flow of water until the desired level is achieved (the optimum flow rate is around 2 litres per minute.) In order to maintain this better flow rate we use a larger bore pipe to the majority of our competitors. Most water filter systems use ¼ inch pipe where as we at East midlands Water use 3/8 inch pipe. Again this allows for a far greater flow of water both in and out of the water filter. All of the connections used on the fittings are Push fit connectors, these require no plumbing experience. Simply push the pipe into the connector and a watertight seal is created.

   The fitting of an East Midlands Water Company water filter is particularly efficient at reducing the following substances, when present, from the mains water supply: Chlorine, taste, odour, trihalomethanes, pesticides, herbicides, aluminium, organic chemicals, oestrogen hormones, lead sediment and .Perfluorooctane Sulphonate (PFOS) These statistics have been produced by completely independent laboratory reports (available upon request).We can now add an extra ingredient to the filter media to reduce flouride levels in your water (see options below) Cooking with filtered water is healthier - vegetables such as carrots and spinach retain 28% more vitamin C and 50% more B2 and other foods like rice, pasta and fish showed a marked improvement in quality. A 36 Month Water Filter System:

INTRODUCTION:
Hard water, what it is. Water is something we all take for granted. Turn on the taps and there it is. Safe to drink, safe to bathe in, safe to wash our clothes with. In fact water is so much a part of daily life that it's tempting to think that one drop of our tap water is very much like another. Unfortunately it isn't. The quality of our water varies enormously from region to region.

Many regions suffer from hard water which causes lime scale to form on shower heads, kettles, washing machines and other domestic appliances.

Chlorine is added to treated water before it reaches our homes. Chlorine is a very cost effective way of killing bacteria that may be present in tap water, but consuming too much chlorine can be, long term, very harmful. Other trace chemical elements may also be present in tap water which is why we believe a water filter is very beneficial.

Back in the 1980's EMWC linked together a 3 year water filter (System 40) and lime scale eliminator (System 50) to give refreshing and clean tasting, lime scale free water throughout the house. This system is called the 540 complete houses. The running cost of the complete system is guaranteed less than £1.00 per week. Can easily be installed by a competent DIY person or our installation department.

Suitable for Well Borehole and spring or stream water:

Our UV systems employ a low pressure mercury vapour discharge lamp surrounded by a water jacket whose inner wall is made from a special UVC-transparent quartz material. The Lamp produces a very strong spectral line at 254nm in the shortwave region, which is the waveband most lethal to micro organisms.

The UV light shines powerfully through water passing along the unit. Destroying the cell DNA (or RNA in the case of viruses) making the micro organisms inactive.

We use a stainless steel water chamber maximising full use of the available ultra-Violet energy, resulting in long exposure times and high doses and minimising UV light absorption into the chamber wall.
